This is a fully Automatic Binding Machine. All you need to do is place the document inside a binding cover and put the cover in the Intelligent Binding Machine. The binder then turns on automatically and after a few moments turns off when the document is complete, all without the need for an operator. Think of the time this will save you. This unit comes with a 3 position dial that varies the binding cycle. This means that it can bind most of the thermal covers on the market including hard back and Photo Book covers.

Take the finished bound document out of the Thermal Binder and run your fingers down the spine pressing them together.

Then place the document into the Finishing Clamp and waith for it to cool, you can put multiple documents in here.

You now have a perfectly bound folder.

We suggest that your first page is a representation of your logo, in corporate colours of course. The IQ Perfect covers have a thinner spine with a Crystal Clear front cover and a leatherette plastic rear. We only stock black as our cover choice

Our IQ Easy Thermal Binding Covers offer great quality at an affordable price. For internal use or where the ultimate presentation of your documents is not important, the spine is a little bit deeper than our Perfect Binding Covers and doesn’t lay as flat. We only recommend cheaper covers up to a certain spine size otherwise there is a danger of pages falling out..
