    The IQ Perfect Thermal Binding System is based on thermal binding technology. Our system is probably unique in that it has a variable temperature control enabling a wide range of covers to be used from the more affordable to hard backed covers and Photo Books.. Together with our Finishing Clamp high quality results can be obtained.

      Our IQ Easy Binding thermal covers are still very high quality but you would use them internally rather than for that special customer.The spine is deeper than our IQ Perfect Binding Covers and therefore doesn’t lie as flat. In addition most cheaper covers, icluding our own, are not good at keeping in the pages when they exceed a certain spins size. Therefore if your document is going to be large we recommend the IQ Perfect Binding Covers.

      The IQ Perfect Binding Covers give a high quality finish to every aspect of your printed documents. The spine is incredibly thin and doesn’t encroach on the document. Thermal binding uses glue to hold the pages in and is a very quick operation because of this and if you want to use lots of pages the spine also needs to be strong. Our IQ Perfect Binding Thermal Covers are manufactured in our own factory, to our own specifications and you can be assured that the quality is second to none. With our Crstal Clear Front Covers and our quality leatherette plastic back you will be delighted and proud to hand over your next proposal to your customer.

  • Photo Binding System Photo Binding System

    The IQ Photo Binding System gives you the ability to provide 6″ x 4″ albums for your customers. We include the IQ Stapler in the package for FREE. Our system is fairly unique in that most other systems only use photographic paper in th ir Photo Books. With the strength of our spine and in conjunction with our IQ Stapler you can use standard photographic stock in our IQ PhotoBooks. Our IQ Photo Binding System has a unique 3 position dial that varies the length of the thermal binding cycle, this means that besides offering PhotBooks you can also offer a documen binding service too.

      Use the system for handing out product photos or portfolio examples. Perfect for when someone orders 6″ x 4″ photos that can be put into an photo album in 2 minutes. We currently only offer 6×4″ but later we will expand the range. Don’t forget with our system you can also use other manufacturers’ covers.
